So glad I reached my fitness goals for the week. [10 hrs of exercise] Ready for my rest day tommorow. If anyone has any ideas on what my goal should be next week lemme know, i'm not feeling as creative as i did on monday.
Bio: I like to work-out. I balance my time between work and fitness. I do P90X as well as running, lifting, anything else to stay active. Tracking the hours I exercise motivates me to work harder each and everyday (except for rest days).
