Felt good hitting the weights.

Well I guess I forgot to set my alarm so woke up 20 minutes late. So no cardio
arms and shoulders...
long bar curls...pyramid up and then down
cable curls
tricep dips
tricep pull downs
machine shoulder press
side lat raises
ab work

Felt rushed, but my own darn fault.
