Felt great, I am picking up the pace and wanting more... trying to limit myself, shoulder aching once more. 250 push ups, 180 pull ups. Dragging a bit on the pull ups, feeling really fat and bloated, not sure what else to do about that.... ive cut down on carbs soft drinks, except the pizza... maybe i need to cut all that bread and pretzels out. off to work...

I skipped last week to rest from a long work week. back in school one week, and back on the horse doing P90X after a 6 month break. Started with 30 rep sets then backed off to 20 rep sets due to lactic acid build up. I don't remember the last time that happened to me but I probably need to hydrate more. I have been loading with milk shakes pre workout rather than almond milk and should probably stick to post workout milk and chocolate. I felt a bit sluggish and medium resilience but really needed this work out to work through the pre field interview jitters.
