it went pretty good today. did some working out at work since i was all alone and bored :). it was pretty fun. had to stop to help a couple of customers, but still, my total workout time 'that i was actually working out' was about an hour's worth out of about an hour and a half. did variations on lunges and squats, crunches, dips and pushups.

rows - 5 gallon drum soap - right side 17 reps
