Been a while since I've done one of these. It was pretty typical- running, dumbbells, kettlebells, balls, jumping, abs, various pushups. I've spent the past 4 Saturdays working the crossfit open wods with my Atomic family & haven't seen my BONA family at all so I really missed them. It was nice.

PIT (Prime Intensity Training) kinda like CrossFit. kicked my ass! well, not my ass, but definitely my arms from all the pushups, tire flips, planks, plank pushups, etc. having a hard time holding a phone up already. tomorrow's gonna be comical....lol

Seemed really hard today. Typical bootcamp stuff so I must be getting out of shape from all this sitting around with the day job :(. Not so good with the Open coming soon. Need to step it up.
