We did a shorter F-Bomb today. Friday before a holiday weekend so the crowd was light. Went through all the stations once, then my buddy Mark proposed a challenge. Mark and Steve vs Brian and me in a relay race. Start with 30 heavy rope undulations, followed by 20 hammer swings and a 1/4 mile run. I was first out of the rope undulations but Mark passed me on the hammer swings. I finally passed him on the final turn of the 1/4 mile run and had a very short lead at the handoff. My partner, Brian, managed to beat Steve in their leg of the race by about one second. After that, we called it quits and cleaned up. Time for some recovery and refueling this weekend. My weight is down to 188 today (from 199.5 April 1st).

Another glorious F-Bomb workout today. Unfortunately, no photographer. He got stuck in a meeting and nobody else took pictures. Most the same stuff as previous weeks. Did add the elevated ring flys. We have the rings hooked up to our pull-up bars, put our feet on the low pegs so they're elevated off the ground, then do flys with the rings near the ground. Way harder than the regular ring flys. Wish I had pics of that.

Most of the people did the regular F-Bomb workout but a handful of us spent most of our time playing with the new toy, the 240lb Husafell "tombstone" Stone. My friend put a video on facebook. I don't know what his privacy settings are but maybe you can see it. http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150233706534617 This was my first carry. I ended up getting the best distance of 207' on my 3rd carry.

Another F-Bomb Friday. This week we added tire flips but I forgot to bring the rings so they got skipped. We flipped the tire 5 times up, 5 times back as one station. The entire workout has about 12 stations. Ran the whole thing twice, then did the tire flip for time. The winner did all 10 flips in just over 16 seconds. No pictures this week though. Our photographer went storm chasing last night and decided to sleep in today.

I know. I'm very disappointed to. Half the reason I enjoy the Friday workout is because I get new pics to post. Very rare for me to take pics of myself so I only get them when someone else does it.
