I did my second half marathon this past weekend and it was incredible! The only difference with this one was that it was at night but I managed to keep the same time as my first half marathon. Either way, I'm very happy!

Rita S. (@wondertwin) @Gulf Beach Milford CT Half Marathon

I did my first half marathon yesterday in Milford, CT. It was the most perfect day for it! The course ran along 3 beaches and neighborhoods. I kept a good time and literally just walked for 20 steps. My finish time was 2:25. Considering I was going for a 2:35 finish, I am very happy :-)

Not bad for today. My 1 rep max was 125 and considering I haven't lifted in months, I'm happy with what I got. For the WOD, I power cleaned 75 lbs and finished with 5 rounds plus 2 pushups.
