Sprint Intervals wearing 30 vest with my wife Jen (no weight for her) - 1 mile up hill/road, 1 mile downhill/trail, 1 mile deep sand beach: Sprint 20 seconds - walk/recovery 40 seconds for total of 35 rounds/35 min. Last mile on the beach return I added 10 pushups to the begining of every recovery interval. Awesome workout, I'm loving the intervals! 620 calories, HR 145 avg, 171 max. Way to push it Baby!

Last mile on the beach return I added 10 pushups to the begining of every recovery interval. Seriously hard beginning with the up hill and a brutual ending on the beach with the pushups... 620 calories, HR 147 avg, 172 max.
