i enjoyed doing the step so much yesterday, and i only have 30 minutes to do a workout this morning, so i did the step again. that is some serious fun!!

okay it's time for me to roll off the couch and maybe sweat. Even though i am a huge fan of starting things at the beginning, like a monday, i will do something tomorrow, not sure what yet but some kinda fitness will be taking place.

i was ridiculously off the program, but it was the first time i tried it, so i guess looking like i was drowning might be normal for newbies? :)

was a fun way to get in some cardio and break up the monotony of tony. hmm... monoTONY! coincidence? tra-la-la i digress. twas fun. that was the point.

my first time using bands so i went with the lowest resistance... definitely need to use a higher one next time for a better workout.

i'm wobbly on my legs though, so i know i brought it there. feeling good. :)

this workout is terrible for my wrists, i cannot hold up my weight on my right wrist at all, so most of this routine i simply cannot do.

finding an alternate workout to do these days. open to suggestions. the end.

The Vinyasas can be tough on the wrists. There are other forms of yoga you can do. Also there are exercises you can do to strengthen your wrists!

i love bikram yoga, it's this "power" yoga that makes me cringe. I adore Tony but my body prefers doing all that stretchy type stuff in a heated room when my muskles are are limber =0) I do need to get back at it, my drive seems stuck in park these days=/
