10 Sets:
20 Doubleunders
1/10th of a mile Run (~6 minute pace)
1-2 minute rest.

Definitely took longer than 1-2 minutes to rest near the last 3 sets, my heart was begging to fly out of my chest. Gonna see some fast improvement with this routine on my cardio days though.
