I'm going to applebee's for lunch and I'm trying the Paleo diet any suggestions. I was going to order a steak with steamed veggies I think I should be safe with that right?

I just had that exact thing last night at Applebees. Approx 300 calories for the 7oz steak and steamed veggies.

Then it's certainly a great way to do so. If you subscribe to Fitness Magazine, they give great recipes and ideas. I usually get it from there bc average calorie count for the day is 1300 if you do all of their meals and snacks.
