Went awesome, I rocked this workout today. I felt so exhausted after getting home from work, and I had dinner plans with a friend (and I knew I probably was gonna go for the onion rings:)) but I worked out anyway and it was awesome. I love this Insanity workout, even though I have finished the program....this one is my favorite!!

They explain... more reps w/ less weight = lean while heavier weights with lower reps = bulk. If I were u, I'd do the regular routine, just follow the higher reps people. :-)

yes, u will want to feel maxed out at between 12 and 16 reps to not get 'bulky.'
