I LOVE doing these! Does anyone know if I just keep adding weight, will I get bulky too? I don't need my thighs any bigger just more toned for the inner thigh.

A new machine for me, it was like an elliptical but really moving your arms alot.
Can you tell I'm a novice with the gym? I was doing p90x and need to do it again.

Yes, leg extensions at 240# 12, 4 times. Then the outer thigh is 140, inner is 95... I watched a guy after me lower the leg extensions and I thought shit am I going to have these huge thighs? That I don't want! But I've been doing the same routine for about 8 months now and just kept uping the weight once it got too easy. Help! hahaha..

Well you're a woman. So the guy who lowered the weights after you will have an easier time of having HUGE thighs than you - assuming he didn't drop TOO far down! I'm afraid that's as far as my knowledge can take you though - the leg extensions at my gym only go up to 240, and I'm fairly certain that even my boyfriend can't do that much - at least not well! LOL My only other suggestion would be to change it up - doing the same thing for 8 months will make it harder and harder for you to progress and see changes!

I wouldn't worry too much about getting huge. Testosterone is a MAJOR requirement for that to happen. We girls will ultimately cap out on our size development unless we're playing with pharmaceuticals...
