It's impossible for me to calculate what I'm doing/burning.
Treadmill says 180 calories, pedometer watch says 40 calories..... HUH?! Anyone?

I don't know how to calculate any of this... but it looks like my heart rate got up to 167 and I burned 220 calories. I'm sure that can't be right.
