Hi! So the Crossfit games open wod 12.4 has 3 skills that I can't do. Well, that's not exactly true-- I can do wall balls, but I've never been successful really with a 14 pound ball. Here's the wod for people up to age 55+ (this means me)
As many rounds 7 reps as possible in 12 minutes:
150 wall balls (20)(14)
90 double unders
30 muscle ups
So I'll cheer for everyone at Atomic & all my Gymga crossfitting buddies who can do those things. Otherwise I'm out.... for this year. But next year, when I can do those things--- watch out!
