Have been working out consistenly doing phase 3 of P90X2, just haven't been putting it into gymga.
Phase 3 was exhausting and very fast paced. Much harder than it looks. More of a cardio/sports training. Glad to come back to the strength workouts. Too long away, and I worry that I lose too much.
