I had a great workout today! Cardio and weights! I decided to use this site for my exercise/meal/blog to track how I am doing...since I just started 50mg of Prednisone today! :( Yuck! I am so glad the doctor did not put me on 100 mg for the first relapse. Goal for me is to NOT gain any prednisone weight while taking it! First time I gained 30+lbs <1 month. Low sodium, lots of exercise, plenty of rest and fluids...I should be good...I hope... (crossing my fingers) Weight: 118
