I appreciate the light as a metaphor in this picture. It depicts how there is a constant dichotomy within us where in our darkest moments we self-sabotage, doubt and not only discourage ourselves, but others. Mariam Willison, a life coach, describes this binary of self within each of us; "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented andfabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the beauty within us. spartan ultra beast is that the same as the death race on june 17 in vermont? if so why the name change? i paid for the death race, hope i didnt pay for the wrong one lol
