Spring Cleaning starts TODAY!

I decree that starting on March 21, 2012 @ 12:15am I will no longer eat food that is bad for me. Anyone who is watching may have realized my food posts stopped --well that's because I stopped measuring things and I also have barely been cautious! I have 5 more pounds to lose and I will renew my dedication here and now <3

10am - 11:30am Workout Hard Run!!

1 apple whole <70kcal

5:30pm
1 greek yogurt cup 0% plain

8PM --DINNER
300g Salade with 1 pack low fat poppy seed dressing

1 large 16 oz black tea with 2 tbsp soy milk

Accomplishment: really craved junk food/cookies...and did not get anything too terrible.

Berry salad --1/4 cup strawberries 1/4 cup blueberries
1 granola bar chewy apple from Quaker
1 coffee with 2 milks

11:30am
2 apples peeled and diced with cinnamon to taste
1 cup mixed veggies radish, carrots, cucumber

1:30pm
1 granola bar Nutrigrain Cherry/berry mix
1 large tea

4pm
1 veggie cup with water and 2 cream cheeses as dippings for carrots and celery

Dinner
8pm
2 eggs and 2 bread sticks
1 oz nuts in Salade made of lettuce, tomato with olive oil and vinegar
1 glass of juice Tropicana berry


Dessert
9pm
4 mini biscotti and 1 mini chocolate egg
with black tea plain

10pm
16 almonds

1 cup broccoli boiled with salt, lemon and pepper
2 egg whites
1/2 rye toast with light cream cheese
16oz coffee with a bit of milk
3 light small crackers

WORKOUT two @ 10am --11:30am
10miles (post-workout 2) with Toronto Olympic Run Club

1:15pm Lunch
2 yogurts 175gx 2
1 cup baby carrots
1 large tea black


3pm
4 chocolate easter eggs very small from lindt --easter present :)
1 small 8oz coffee w/ whole milk 2 sugars

5pm
1 cup Broccoli with lemon
1 small salade with vinegar and salt for dressing
1 tea black
7-10 almonds mixed with 5-6 pistachoes (unshelled)


7pm Dinner
2 light rye toasts with peanut butter and honey (sandwhich)
1 black tea
