Oh dang. Tore it up I see! I've wondered though, when it says 95/65, what's that mean? (I'm thinking of CrossFit...if I can ever get doing pullups lol)

The 95/65 is referring to the Rx weight for guys/girls. So I had a 65lb bench press and 75lb front squat... I LOVE CrossFit. I finally found something that keeps me going!!! And you can scale down the pull-ups with assistance bands, I finally got mine unassisted, but I still use the lowest one for intense WOD's

funny you should ask. it's a 100 day challenge, with 1 the first day---> day 100 in December. My conclusion is that DUs make me curse & cry more than anything I've ever done. i hate them. I keep at it, & I know what to do but my body is just not doing it. I'm not ready to give up yet but I will be pretty soon. I've watched every DU video & I practice all the time.
