I hate this and b/c I have lower back problems, I simply don't do all the poses and adapt them. I also don't do them completely. Can't see coming to get used to this...but maybe?

I completely avoided Ab Ripper for the first 3 weeks almost, but on Sunday I almost got the whole 349. I'm on week 6 now. I can not believe how much improvement I see. It's still really hard LOL But getting better.
