1st time doing this 1/2 marathon..."Toughest Half Marathon in the Northwest" www.racetorobiecreek.com
Wasn't too bad except for the side ache starting at mile 3 and the cramps in my calves that hit hard as I was going downhill. If I wouldn't have stopped for a few minutes at the summit my time would have been better. Or at least, I should have stretched my calves while I was resting :)
Now I know what to prepare for next year!!

Didn't do the main WOD because it involved a lot of squats and lunges and legs are resting for the race on Saturday. Our coach put together a different workout for the two of us running.
