I am pretty sure that I am feeling a change happed in my body from going and doing Physical Therapy because my balance, strength, and awareness has improved. I have been putting little changes into my eating habits which is good. I feel by the end of the day I am famished and just stuff myself sometimes, i notice there is not alot of structure in my eating habits too. I take a multi-vitamin and drink plenty of water. My fiance and I met eye to eye with needing some change in what foods come into the house. I am happy that we are on the same page. Any suggestions? Thanks for your support folks!
