ok fellow gymga friends. I need the motivation to get back into this. I was on vacation, fiancee broke her knee, and now I have poison ivy. SO hard to keep on a regular schedule working 50-55 hrs a week too. Any advice and motivation is very much welcomed!!

Seated Flys 3 sets of 8
Reverse Flys 3 sets of 8

Then 3 sets of 12 BOSU ball push ups with 30 second planks in between

Cardio

1 min at 6.5

1 min at 7.5

3 min walk at 3.5

Dinner tonight, Grilled Swordfish with a peach theme. A warm peach and balsamic reduction and a fresh peach, jalapeno, and tomato salsa. Came out great!
