This was a hard damn time. I racked-up 95#, did 1-1-1-1, thought better of it and dropped to 85#. I was feeling sheepish about it, but I kept the 85# on the whole time, never had to do anything other than strict shoulder presses and I took only 7 breaks of 20 seconds. If I'd gone for 95# or greater I'm sure I'd have had to drop weight on each round, done push presses and taken breaks more often and for longer.
