Ok...so after mourning the sudden death if a good friend...and the weight room shuttered or repair..I am got motivated to get back on track and did P90x shoulders prior to work...after doing some renovation work...getting off work soon and gonna do AB ripped!....Been eating really well...down. 05% body fat and 5.5 lbs since last Thursday! Still trying to stick with this as it is difficult still but keeping in mind like everyone said..stick with it...so Im still trying to bring it and do my best and forget the rest!...Hope everyone is well!

OK...so got called into work today.....so gonna have to double up tomorrow...Shoulders and arms in the am after shift with AB ripper...then Yoga tomorrow night to stay on track.....Really sore..not liek any other workout I have done...anyone for any ideas on how to help with the soreness and does it get any less painful?...

Sooo..I am sore from Yesterday...really had no energy..but dragged my butt to the weight room...and popped in P90X PLYOMETRICS....that is a friggen hard session...I am hoping it gets better...some of exercises are much easier to execute than others...will need to work on some of it though...not a lot of energy today between classes and work and all the other "wonderful" obstacles life has to offer...anyway...keep me in your thoughts....

Hey Everyone....so I finally broke down and did P90X...Day one...Chest and Back and OMFG...I as they say "Lift things up and put them down" between my patients and fire equipment..but this...this is intense...I have to admit, that it was a bit difficult, and with all the exercises, I was only able to keep up with about half of the series of excercises at the same pace, and with those I wasnt able to...I tried...tomorrow is Day 2...so we will see what it brings...SORE....

First few weeks were a killer for me too, I took Motrin & bathed in Ben Gay almost every night it wasn't until about week 5 that I finally did not wake up so incredibly sore. I am currently in week #7 - this is my second go around with P90X but I only made it through to week #8 then the holidays came so I started all over again - it does get better maybe not easier because you'll find that you keep pushing yourself but it's a good hurt!

Unfortunately I got it from demo/reno of a friends bathroom ...they have alot of mold and bacteria...ugh..been on zicam n Quil....need it to get better...been an aweful week trying to stay focused...but will definately keep the focus....need 90x to do its work!....lol @ the Puggle 90x..figured as soon as I get out of work tonight..then I can bring it
