hello again Gymga family. Been a while since I last updated. Things have been super busy and sometimes you just have time to workout and not post. Since I last posted on here I managed to complete a full round of Insanity the Asylum, and now I am working with a hybrid P90X, P90X+, and Insanity the Asylum routine.
