Bio: I'm back to gymgas for some extra motivation :)
I was diagnosed with compartment syndrome in both legs last year, so no Insanity or weighted run logs for me anymore. I'm still thinking either I should get surgery done or just live with the injury. Both are not safe at all, so if you know anything about compartment syndrome, please share with me your knowledge.
I'm currently doing 30 day Bikram Yoga challenge, so my summer just got a lot hotter )))
