Did 20 mins of Jump Rope followed by a Core routine then three sets of Pull-ups. The Pull-ups were just for fun. I think I am finally healthy enough to hit the gym tomorrow.

I got some type of horrendous bug last week that had me running a fever for three days. I am recovering but still feel weak and tired so I am taking this week off of the gym to try to get fully recovered. So just some push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups to get the blood flowing.
