This was a full hour!
1) Strength = week three of bench press cycle, ending at 190# for 4 reps.
2) Thrusters 5-5-5-5-5 -- 95#, 115#, 135#, 155#, 145# -- on the 155#, I only got 2 reps, so I went back down -- BUT, 155# is the most I have ever done on a thruster, so I was happy with that!
3) WOD = for time
40 slam balls (20#)
5 thrusters
30 slam balls
5 thrusters
20 slam balls
5 thrusters
10 slam balls
5 thrusters
Time = TBA -- From all the earlier work, my arms were getting tired, so I had to move from a starting weight of 135# to 115#. (First time I have ever gone down in weight in the middle of a WOD, but it just wasn't happening.)
4) 10 minutes of ab work -- throwing ball to partner, leg raises, planks, etc, etc

Swam for about 45 minutes -- definitely getting much better at it! Mostly freestyle and breast stroke, but continued to begin working on butterfly, too. I love the butterfly movement, but it's rough on the elbows, I'm finding!

Strength = Week three of deadlift, ending with 5 reps at 270#
Then, 10 min AMRAP:
5 deadlifts @215#
1 rope climb
Score = 6 rounds + 5 deadlifts. As simple as it sounds, this was a rough WOD! Especially after doing deadlift strength training at the beginning of the hour.

Swam for an hour with a friend. Mostly worked on breast stroke but she started teaching me the butterfly at the end. I'm excited to learn that one!
