Bio: had surgery on my left shoulder 2 years ago. found p90x and got back in shape after a long lay off. currently use, p90x, p90x+,insanity,one on one with tony horton vol 1 and 2, gsp rushfit, running, and bas ruttens workout audio's
i like to make weeklt shcedules, good thing is i can make completely new workouts each week without getting bored. i went from 260 after sugery to 205, currently at 210, would like to be 190-195. the profile picture is from this past christmas.
