Focused on shoulders and back today. Added in some tricep work with weighted dips. I might have a picture of that soon. It was beautiful out today. December 22nd in New Jersey and it was well over 60 degrees. Fan-Friggin-Tastic. Did keg presses, keg tosses, pull ups, tire presses, etc.

I haven't been on here in a while, but I've been working out. I gave up lifting heavy for a while and focused on running to do the Tough Mudder NJ in November. That was an interesting challenge. The obstacles were fun but I'm not a distance runner. The 12 miles and the cold were the worst parts. Now I'm back to lifting heavy. Trying to regain some of the strength I lost training for mudder.

Keg was empty. I think a full keg would have broken my neck. The empty keg is 30 lbs and the chain was about another 25.
