Fabulous! I'm back into my taking-notes-of-workout routine....as of yesterday! My stress fracture has been healed for about 2 months. I'm still in the gym, just delinquent about recording.
Training for a 10k night race next month, and got two of my friends out for a good tempo run last night. I love running in the fall weather! The intent wasn't to do a tempo, but that's how we ended up. 5:20min/km!

Half-seated leg circles, each direction x3 12 reps
Alternate-leg deadlift with hold x3 10lbs 12 reps
Lateral Shuffle - each way x3 12 reps
"Good morning bend" - 10lb weights on shoulders, lean over and hold 5sec 10lbs 12 reps
Stability Lunge x3 ...but hurt the stress fracture. Grr. 10lbs 12 reps
Single-leg plank - could only hold for 30s each side. Something to work on!
Skater Step-up (lunge onto step, hold in squat for 3 sec, stand, step down) 10lbs 12 reps
Prone hip extension x3 12 reps
Chest-press on bench 12lbs 12 reps

Good. I may (!) finally have found a spin class that's enough of an asskick....and got an invite from the instructor to join a posse for a road ride next Thursday. Time for gameface. Fun! :)

I haven't done lengths in a year...and swam outside in a huge salt water pool (!!!) and....managed 1600m. Whoa! I can do this. Now, to tack on a bike ride at the beginning and we may be talkin'....;) It felt good to be pushing it. I forgot to check times though...Dang.
