- Bio: I'm 28 years old, 5'1" tall, currently about 130 pounds and somewhere in the 20s in terms of body fat percentage - I THINK. I work a desk job M-F, and by 5:00 I'm itching to get to the gym!
NEW squat max: 245lbs, NEW deadlift max: 215lbs, current bench max: 120lbs.
My goal: to get down to somewhere in the 18-20% body fat range and LOVE what I see when I look in the mirror.
I am NOT interested in Shakeology.
My story:
I was the runt of the litter. Despite always being the oldest of my peers, I was the smallest - in both height and weight. I was the girl who could eat four times as much as anyone, of anything I wanted, and then shake out some room and go back for more. As an athlete it never affected me; even though I was little, I was fast, and strong. Then, somewhere along the line, it all caught up with me. There I was at 18 years old, still a competitive athlete, standing 5'1" and 175 pounds. Believe me, there are NOT a lot of places for 175 pounds to go when you're that small! It occurred to me that I had never learned to eat properly to fuel my body, and it has been a struggle to do so in my adult life. I have had people in my life who have supported my "health kicks", but rarely anyone to join me in my crusade, and almost never anyone with the knowledge to help me (at least, not without a hefty price tag).
As cheesy as it sounds, meeting Zach has changed my life. Not only does he support me in being the best, healthiest version of myself that I can be, but he's right there along for the ride. He's a certified personal trainer, hobby nutritionist, a great cook and my partner in crime. In the short time that we've been together, I've seen what seems to me a major transformation in my body - I can't wait to see what's to come! - Relationship Status: In a Relationship
