20 minutes on stair master = 207 calories and 1.25 miles and 77 flights of stairs ( my mp3 player died so my workout reflects the suckage)
15 minutes on elliptical= 150 calories
30 minutes in sauna = awesome!!!!!!!

This was my 1st water aerobics class and I really had fun. It felt more like "play time" than an actual workout, but I could totally see it being good for you. I'm trying to expand my idea of a workout by trying new things. So far Pilates and water aerobics are both good, just not for me. Unless maybe I have the time to add to them then they would be great =)

Wow is this place tra la la. The spin bikes tell you what cadence your going, what gear your in, how far you have ridden, caloric burn + some other stuff. All the bikes worked, it was awesome. Except they didn't have Rana, my instructor from 24hr fitness that literally leaves you in puddles of aerobic threshold sweat =)
It was nice though. Each bike had a clean white towel just waiting for you to sweat on and the bikes were awesome, or did I mention that?
Anyway nice way to workout, thank goodness for free month memberships to allow me to see how that other 1/2 lives....and works out =)
