train by doing one regular hop followed by one double under....don't jump any higher when you do the double under...just move your wrist faster :) I can get about 30 straight...but it's taken me a while, good luck!

man! I was super sick for a week, but I am back in the swing of things. I was doing 2 a days up until I got sick...then spent a few days snowboarding in the mountains of Colorado...maybe that had something to do with it too. Back now and better than ever!
Monday 5-4-3-2-1 Dead lift, adding weight at each round. New PR #185 for 1 rep max.
Tuesday CF Main site WOD- AMRAP 20 min: 5-10-15 Hand stand pushups, toe through rings and med ball squat cleans.
