Elliptical went well- 180-190 strides per minute, burned 341 calories and went 2.92 miles. Did the usual ab exercises, then hit the pool for a half hour. It went by fast. Pool was cold but liked being in the competition pool. Hot tub after. Good workout.

Was slow on the elliptical today-170-180 strides per minute and 2.73 miles traveled but I burned 315 calories :) Abs went well, did the usual and the 100 pushups seemed easy today, wasn't sore until halfway through the second round of 50. Swim was great as always, hit the hot tub after. Good workout.

3 mile run went well besides some pain in the back of my leg...not the same pain as the stress fracture but similar. Going to keep an eye on it, think it's just from running on an indoor track. Walked 3 laps. Did abs as usual but the pushups did not go well, had to take 3 breaks to get to 100 but I'm probably just sore from yesterday. Half hour swim went well, then hit the hot tub. Overall, decent workout.

Couldn't go to the Rec tonight because of a dentist appointment, so bribed myself into working out by riding the bike while watching "Dallas." Haven't made it to the 20 minute mark the last 2 times I tried to ride the bike downstairs, but today rode an hour :) Also, today marks a milestone achievement: I've accomplished my first 2013 New Years resolution: 100 pushups in a row :). Did abs: 250 situps, 100 pushups, 50 side crunches on each side, and 50 more pushups :) Great workout, can't wait to run tomorrow!
