Well, if not the fastest, for the other results your numbers are way better than most of the girls I've seen doing that test! ( I'm not sexist but seriously your push up and pull up numbers are great, oh! and so is your benching!) In my opinion these numbers are awesome!

Thanks. I usually clock around 9:15 to 9:20, so the extra minute and 20 sec really hurt. Conditions weren't great for the run (outside with some wind), but this test was a reminder I need to lace up my runners (and not just my xfit shoes!)
