- Bio: I am defined mostly by my two sons (Clark 6, and Hudson 2). That needs to be said first, before all else. I say so because they have saved me from myself beyond measure and beyond my ability to recall.
I am still very cluttered and unorganized with my fitness and health, but have some faith that it will all come together soon enough.
