This has I be one of the strangest and dirtiest places I've ever done
push ups and sit ups at.
Flight delayed over an hour. Walked up and down the terminal then
busted out some push ups and sit ups at gate. Gate attendant thought
it was hilarious. I had to apologize for the grunting. :)

James- I entered Gymga last January 10th I think. I had just competed for the first time ever in my life. Since entering this tribe I have been motivated to start Crossfit while continuing the weightlifting, completely change my diet to Paleo, & make sure that I am always training for something. My bio for 2011 lists everything I have done this year, & shows some of 2012. It is safe to say that I would not have done those things without the knowledge, support, & motivation I get here.
