Another good push press session tonight. I felt very explosive and I am hoping these will build upon my standing military press. Pullups are getting easier every week and I am going to increase the reps next week.

No training this weekend... It has been crazy this week at the office and my fiancé and I went to see Lil Wayne last night down in Philly. Pretty awesome show better than I expected. Back to normal life today and training will pick up where I left off this past week.

1 Arm DB Rows: 135 x 3 sets of 15

The push press felt good today, I was going to go up some more but I didn't have wrist wraps and these were killing my wrists on the way down. THe BW stuff is getting easier every week. I wish we had bigger DBs for the rows...

Barbell Rows: 295 x 3 sets of 6
Barbell Shrugs: 295 x 3 sets of 15
Hanging Leg Raises: 2 sets of 12
Spread eagle sit-ups: 2 sets of 12

I have been so conscious about my programming for the past year that it consumes me some times... so until tax season is over I am going to wing it and just do what lift I feel like doing that day for as many sets and reps as I want. No more percentages or anything. I am calling it my mental deload. 715 felt good tonight, no grip problem... the bar was in a pretty awkward spot and is definitely the weaker part of my pull.
