A nice change-up from P90X and Insanity. KILLED my legs, and I was surprised how hard it worked my biceps! Love the back work, and some of the songs.

I still have a ways to go to get back to my pre-ankle injury form. I'm wiped (as I wipe sweat off my laptop)!

I broke a sweat again this morning. Not much of a workout, but I've got to get my body back to exerting itself more then clacking away at a keyboard at work.
1/2 Horton's 1-on-1 Mammoth UML and some add'l core/shoulder/back work. I've found arm circles to be a crazy effective exercise for the back if you bend at the waist and do about 50 in each direction.

Forgive me Father, for I have sinned. It's been . . . FOREVER since I last worked out :-(
The actual workout isn't even worth posting, I'm so whipped from ridiculous work hours cuz of this massive project. Kids don't remember me, wife remarried, and, worst of all, I almost forgot where my weights were!
Tony Horton's 1-on-1 Killer Abs, and 1st half of P90X Back and Biceps. Some additional core work, cuz I'm gettin' "loose in the cage".
OK, off to drink beer and totally undo what I just did ;-) Have a WONDERFUL weekend my fellow Gymgaians, Gymga-ers, Gymga-rats, or whatever we are.

So I sprained my ankel pretty badly on Halloween. And it's still swollen, aches at times, limited range of motion. Does this seem normal to any of you all? Wassup with this? I can't back into my P90X-Insanity hybrid program until this ankel gets better :-(

You probably just haven't given it the proper amount of time to heal, just take it easy for awhile p90x and insanity will still be there when your all healed up.

Hi, a second opinion never hurt no one, it would be worth it.

Chris, you obviously have doubts about what the doc told you, go see a second one to be sure. It is far better to be safe than sorry with an injury like that...we could talk about that broken ankle I didn't stay off of because I was told it was just a sprain and how effed up it is now, 20 years later....
