I started working out in 09
Boxing, kickboxing, mostly bag work cardio. Started weight training mid 2011
My diet changes based on rest or workout days with Intermittent Fasting and macronutrient cycling . I try to keep it as clean as possible during the week and just go nuts on the weekends. It's been working out pretty good so far.
