Boxing, kickboxing, mostly bag work cardio. Started weight training mid 2011
My diet changes based on rest or workout days with Intermittent Fasting and macronutrient cycling . I try to keep it as clean as possible during the week and just go nuts on the weekends. It's been working out pretty good so far.

Very Nice. I'm trying organic but having some difficulty keep some of the bugs off. I'm trying hot sauce and water in a bottle spray but find I have to spray almost everyday. My compost is nice and rich, I call it "black gold". lol

thanks ! i'm organic too . ive tried alot of oil soap sprays but nothing is really working . compost is black gold for sure . i'm gonna try the hot sauce and water. my egg plant and brussel sprouts are being eatin alive!!!

add some olive oil or veg oil to the hot sauce repellant. My eggplant is coming back, so far.

that is really amazing!!! I only have a small container garden on my condo lanai. Carrots, bell pepper, basil and stevia. I would love to have a garden like that. Cool stuff.
