Today I ran for 30 min. using the treadmill, I varied the speed or incline on the treadmill each min. gradually making it harder each min. for 5 min. then a minute that was less intense and repeat. went pretty well. was going to do Plyometrics tonight as well, but I came down with a bad case of SISSYITIS. lol
