Finals week is surprisingly empty for this Senior. the sheer amount of free time I have is insane. So when my buddy Christian asked if I wanted to go work out at the rec I couldn't turn him down.

I'm not usually one for three-a-days but this was mostly ab stuff and stretching so I figured it wasn't a big deal.

Then Grace led some insane ab work out that had three sets of burpees divided by all sorts of fun ab exercises.

Then Curls for the Girls

Taught a couple of youngsters (being Freshmen) to Deadlift and Power clean, then I did my workout.

Last time I did this I scaled to 250.
This time I cut my time by a lot. Win in both columns.
Then I spotted and coached some of the kids through squats.
