Worked some snatches and heavy squats up to 2 at 145.
50 double unders
40 KB clean and jerks (12Kg)
30 Box jumps (24")
20 Power cleans (95lbs)
Didn't time it, but it felt fast. I was the first one done in our group of 4.
Happy with my power cleans, they have come a long way from last year!
