open box day is always fun to see what people do. I have bible study that night so did what the board said

5000m row.....then open box

finished my 5000m row in either 23:17 or 27:13, my guess is the later.....
then worked on my back squats doing 3 quick rounds of 3 ea. 95lbs, then 105lbs then 115lbs. I'm still leery of putting too much weight on but felt those last 2 rounds so am happy.

I just love the family vibe at my box, seriously helps alot when you know people care the way they do about you being a better/healthier you.

10 -one arm KB swings @ 18lbs
15 burpees

I did 4 rounds plus 4 dead lifts, not sure how 12 minutes can be SO exhausting, but i'm tuckered out.

did a morning class today because I'm busy every Thursday evening and didn't wanna miss another day since I missed Tuesday. I have to say I was pleased to see a lifting wod on the board today =)

my knees have raspberries on them from Mondays wod so I was thrilled not to see any burpees or push ups =)
