My family's favorite asian dish called "Pork n Eggs" over cauliflower rice. I can honestly say is better than white rice. The cauliflower soaked up the juice from the sauce so didn't know you were eating your veggies, lol. Even my daughter ate the cauliflower instead of white rice.
