Location: Prince George, VA
Bio: I am a Registered Nurse. In October 2010, I made few lifestyle changes to better my health and my attitude. I had been doing night shift for over 10 years. Then I made the switch to strictly day time hours. I noticed my attitude/outlook has been more positive. My energy has also increased. I am able to incorporate exercise and eating healthy into my busy work schedule on a regular basis and I'm not feeling tired all the time. I am thrilled to have found this site to keep log of my fitness activity, which helps me keep motivated along with others like me.

One of my fav quotes that inspired me to make that change:
